“Happiness is like a butterfly: the more you chase it, the more it will elude you; but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder.”
When I saw these unthinkable, valuable and wonderful bookstores, I was amazed. These are the finest places in the world a man can create to sell thousand and thousand books. Not just for selling and buying, I’m pretty sure many people who came here was coming for its ambience and atmosphere. To all book lovers, hope you enjoy what you’ll see.
As the years pass, I am coming more and more to understand that it is the common, everyday blessings of our common everyday lives for which we should be particularly grateful. They are the things that fill our lives with comfort and our hearts with gladness, just the pure air to breath and the strength to breath it; just warmth and shelter and home folks; just plain food that gives us strength; the bright sunshine on a cold day; and a cool breeze when the day is warm.

Victoria Beckham graces the August 2013 cover of Vogue China, which was shot by Josh Olins and sees the designer wearing Tiffany & Co. silver hooped earrings and a Nina Ricci Fall 2013 ensemble.
In the issue, she opens up about juggling motherhood and running her expanding fashion empire.
On juggling work and motherhood: “When you are successful the hardest thing is maintaining that level of success, so you work harder to maintain what you have achieved. It’s a huge juggling act, when you are a working mother and looking after your family, millions and millions of women around the world are doing this every day. But it’s not easy and yes, you feel guilty every time you walk out of the door to go to work.”
On seeing women wearing her dresses: “I have been in the limelight for over 20 years. I am not on an ego trip, empowering women and making them feel sexy and great when they wear my clothes means more than thousands of people clapping. Empowering women is what makes me feel good.”
Via her twitter account, Victoria gave shout outs to the photographer and the magazine’s editor in Chief, “Super excited for my Vogue China cover shot by Josh Olins! Thank u @Angelica_Cheung x vb.”
